Purchased January 19, 2010, by Heidi Vanorse and Joel Neal, the Loyal Biscuit Co. is an independent dog and cat supply boutique with three great locations—Downtown Rockland, Maine; Knox Mill, Camden, Maine; and Reny’s Plaza, Belfast, Maine! We are your destination for the best in healthy, holistic, all-natural food and treats, plus the best in toys, collars, leashes, beds, and more.

We love dogs and cats, and our pets mean the world to us, so we understand how much your pets mean to you! Buffy, Izzy, Fenway, and Chuck (our dogs) and Moose (our cat) are our inspiration when choosing new products and deciding what to carry. There isn’t anything in the store that we wouldn’t give to our crew! 

On most days, you will find Fenway and Chuck in the store with Heidi. Fenny is our logo model and a local superstar…she even has her own Facebook page! Look closely at the picture above—does it remind you of anything?

We are educating ourselves and our team everyday on nutrition, treats, toys, and more to help you provide the best for your dogs and cats. We are always open to suggestions on new food and products and how to improve our Self-Serve Dog Wash in order to serve you better.
