MY PREFERRED STORE IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A PICK-UP OPTION AT CHECKOUT

Each product page contains an inventory widget that shows what each store currently has in stock. Prior to adding the product to your cart you must confirm that the item is available at your preferred pick-up location.

ALL products in your cart must be available at your preferred pick-up location in order for the location to appear as a pick-up option at checkout.

I'M TRYING TO SHIP MY ORDER BUT I'M GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THAT THIS ORDER CAN'T BE SHIPPED TO MY ADDRESS

Most of our products are available for shipping (excluding frozen food items and 20lb plus bags of food). These orders are fulfilled from our Rockland store's inventory.

Therefore, you must confirm the item is available in the Rockland LBC Store Pickup & Shipping prior to adding it to your cart.

If one or more items in your cart are unavailable in Rockland you will receive a confusing error message stating "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

This error message is a limitation of the Shopify platform we use. Please remove items that are not in stock in Rockland and resume your checkout process.
